From 3PM yesterday until 1:30AM this morning, I've been working on THIS. Now you can listen to Ed's every word in the comfort and privacy of your home! I wouldn't recommend skipping church though.

Props...

I just had to post to give props to my man, who NOT ONLY successfully finished a 1 week Daniel Fast today, but also walked/ran 6 MILES this morning at Lake Murray! I cannot tell you how extremely proud of him I am. He's been walking 3 miles 3 days a week for the last 3 weeks. He leaves our house at 6am and usually gets home at 7:30am. This morning he was running really late, and so I called him at 8:15am and he didn't answer...he then called me 15 minutes later and told me that he was on his way home and that he had just walk/ran 6 miles!!! Woo hoo!
